Bungendore Sports Hub

The contract awarded for the detailed earthworks constructing new netball courts, which included performing bulk and detailed earthworks, importing materials, placing them, and compacting the pavement. Additionally, we were responsible for constructing all roads, which required extensive bulk and detailed earthworks, as well as importing, placing, and compacting pavement materials in preparation for asphalt works. Throughout the project, our focus remained on adopting rigorous safety and quality methods to effectively mitigate risks associated with the construction process.

ANU Canberra Stairs &

Pathway Remodelling

We were chosen to undertake the construction of new stairs and pathways at the Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra. The project involved creating various stairs and pathways throughout the campus to enhance accessibility and connectivity for students and faculty. Our task included navigating existing structures and landscaping while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing campus activities. By implementing rigorous Safety and Quality methods, we effectively managed any potential risks associated with construction in a busy educational environment. The scope encompassed precise layout and design implementation, meticulous construction of stairs and pathways, installation of necessary ancillary features, and comprehensive testing to ensure durability and safety upon completion.

Queanbeyan Caravan Park Upgrade

Awarded the contract to undertake the project development for the connection of pathways around QBN Caravan Park (Queen Elizabeth Park). The contract involved various tasks including bulk and detailed earthworks, extending the existing river embankment to improve the grade transition along the boardwalk, and executing all associated concrete works and steel balustrade installations. By adhering to our rigorous Safety, Quality, and Production methods, we successfully met a demanding schedule while maintaining the highest standards, ensuring public access to the river pathway. Our scope of work expanded to include additional tasks within the park, such as demolishing and excavating existing infrastructure and replacing it with new facilities, as well as constructing roads and thoroughfares to enhance connectivity throughout the area.

Googong Town House

Development

We were selected to undertake the civil, hydraulics, and landscape package for a project comprising 16 units divided into two blocks. With a meticulous focus on safety and quality, we implemented robust methods to mitigate risks effectively. The contract encompassed extensive tasks including bulk and detailed excavation, the development of a comprehensive hydraulics plan and layout, and the execution of associated works. Additionally, we were responsible for constructing a 1250m2 slab on the ground, encompassing all aspects of steel and concrete placement and finishing. Furthermore, the project included a full landscape package featuring 950m2 of footpaths, 1500m2 of driveways, and the installation of 32 established plants, incorporating both soft and hardscape elements with mulching. As we approach the completion of landscaping works, our steadfast commitment to quality assurance ensures that risks are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle

Healthy Water Ways

We were selected to complete the construction of new stormwater structures, which varied significantly in size and depth, ranging from 1.8 meters deep to 3.5 meters deep. A notable challenge was that all pits and pipes remained live during construction, adding complexity to the project. By adhering to our stringent Safety and Quality methods, we effectively mitigated any associated risks. The construction scope included ensuring precise set out and adherence to design specifications, constructing the pits along with all necessary ancillary works, and installing pipe lead-ins (shorts) to facilitate connections by the pipe crews. Additionally, we managed backfill operations and conducted thorough testing to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of the completed stormwater infrastructure.
